Mrs. Ifunanya Dorian Richard-Igwenagu is a seasoned Administrative Officer and currently a Deputy Director overseeing (Human Resource Management) in the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy. She is an accomplished public servant with extensive experience in human resource management, public administration, personnel administration, staff development, and organizational reforms within the Federal Civil Service.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Management. Over the years, she has built a distinguished career across various Federal Government establishments, demonstrating exceptional competence in policy implementation, strategic human resource management, staff welfare, capacity development, and institutional strengthening.
As Deputy Director overseeing Human Resource Management, she provides leadership in manpower planning, performance management, staff training and development, employee welfare, promotions, discipline, and the implementation of Federal Civil Service reforms.
She has actively participated in several national committees, workshops, conferences, and reform initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and promoting excellence in the Nigerian Public Service.
Mrs. Richard-Igwenagu is committed to professionalism, accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous learning. She is passionate about developing people, strengthening institutions, and contributing to the achievement of the Ministry's mandate through effective human capital management.
Outside her official responsibilities, she is dedicated to mentoring young professionals and promoting ethical leadership and excellence in public service.
